To book a home inspection;

Determine your
deadline for waiving the inspection condition. |

Select a time that
is convenient for you to attend the inspection.
Inspection appointments are available twice a day (morning
and afternoon), Monday through Saturday. Appointments are
filled on a first-come, first-served basis. We appreciate
3-days notice if possible. |

Request your
preferred day (Mon. – Sat.) and time of day (am or pm). |

Your inspector
will call back (usually within 1 hour) to confirm the
appointment and to discuss your specific concerns about the
house. |
